It was Friday 4.30pm near to closing time, when I rang Brad at Reefe Pumps. I had purchased a Reefe 140e.pst package. The pump arrived at my place around 4pm and I was going to install it Next day Saturday Brad was super helpful and allowed me to record his detailed instructions, for the next day install. Fantastic customer service and incredibly fast response times. We had a pump failure for our house supply and were without water. The plumbers tested the pump to confirm it was dead and then Dean took over. Within two days he had personally replaced the pump and then gave us valuable advice on why it had failed and what we could do to modify our system to avoid it happening again. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!
